Eligibility

Our educational programs are designed for children and teenagers aged 7-17. Enrollment must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. By enrolling a child, you confirm that you have parental responsibility for that child.

Account Responsibilities

When you provide information to us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials if applicable
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Program Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment

Enrollment in our programs is subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment at our discretion. Submission of an enrollment form does not guarantee acceptance into a program.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due 7 days before the program start date unless otherwise agreed
• All prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes
• Payment can be made via the methods specified in your enrollment confirmation
• Failure to pay may result in cancellation of your enrollment

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Full refund: Cancellations made 7 or more days before program start
• 50% refund: Cancellations made 3-6 days before program start
• No refund: Cancellations made less than 3 days before program start
• We reserve the right to cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, in which case full refunds will be provided
• Transfers to future sessions may be arranged instead of refunds

Program Participation

Attendance

Regular attendance is expected. If a participant misses sessions, we will provide materials to catch up, but we cannot guarantee individual make-up sessions.

Conduct

Participants are expected to:

• Treat instructors and other participants with respect
• Engage constructively with program content
• Follow any program-specific guidelines provided

We reserve the right to remove participants whose behavior is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.

Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on this website and in our programs, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of quiet-trek or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes related to your participation in our programs.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
• Use our materials for commercial purposes

• Share program materials with non-participants

We may take photographs or videos during our programs for promotional and educational purposes. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed or filmed, please notify us in writing before the program begins.
